Spring Onion Dip


Spring Onion Dip in 3 snaps

Serve with lavash, veggie sticks and chips. Best enjoyed with company and even better, alone, with a great movie.

You’ll need:
- 1 bowl of hung curd
- 2-3 stalks of spring onion greens
- 3tbsps of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 medium sized garlic pods
- Salt to taste
- SNAP!N Chilli Flakes

- Finely chop the spring onion greens and garlic
- To the bowl of hung curd, add the olive oil, garlic, chopped spring onion greens, salt and generous amounts of the SNAP!N Chilli Flakes
- Mix well and refrigerate till it’s time to serve
