Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp SNAP!N Thyme
- 250g baby potatoes
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Method:
- Wash the baby potatoes and boil them in a medium sized pot for 15-20 minutes, if you want to make the process a little faster you can take a pressure cooker and cook till half a whistle
- Peel the skin off the potatoes (or not, if you prefer not to)
- In a medium sized skillet, add in the olive oil, baby potatoes, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of SNAP!N Thyme and mix well
- Cook for another 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame till the potatoes are golden
- Serve as a side dish with chicken, a green salad and a bowl of hot soup!
