Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 5-7

Serving: 4

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tbsp olive oil
  2. 1 tbsp SNAP!N Thyme 
  3. 250g baby potatoes
  4. ½ tsp salt
  5. ½ tsp pepper 

Method:

  1. Wash the baby potatoes and boil them in a medium sized pot for 15-20 minutes, if you want to make the process a little faster you can take a pressure cooker and cook till half a whistle
  2. Peel the skin off the potatoes (or not, if you prefer not to)
  3. In a medium sized skillet, add in the olive oil, baby potatoes, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of SNAP!N Thyme and mix well
  4. Cook for another 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame till the potatoes are golden
  5. Serve as a side dish with chicken, a green salad and a bowl of hot soup!
