Ingredients:
- 200gm paneer
- 1 cup whisked curd
- 1 capsicum - quartered
- 1 tomato - quartered
- 1 medium sized onion - quartered
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp SNAP!N Ginger Garlic powder
- 5 tsp SNAP!N Kashmiri Chilli Paprika
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl add the diced paneer, capsicum, onion and tomatoes
- To this add whisked curd
- Then add coriander powder
- Add SNAP!N Kashmiri Chilli Paprika
- Add SNAP!N Ginger Garlic Powder
- Add salt to taste
- Add mustard oil
- Mix all of these ingredients well and then refrigerate it for 10 mins
- Once done, add the pieces onto a skewers
- And then on open flame, roast them for 2 minutes till the vegetables and the paneer char
- Serve hot with yoghurt mint dip
