Vernika's Spicy Garlicky Paneer Tikka

Serves: 2

Cooking time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 200gm paneer
  • 1 cup whisked curd
  • 1 capsicum - quartered
  • 1 tomato - quartered
  • 1 medium sized onion - quartered
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp SNAP!N Ginger Garlic powder
  • 5 tsp SNAP!N Kashmiri Chilli Paprika
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • In a bowl add the diced paneer, capsicum, onion and tomatoes
  • To this add whisked curd
  • Then add coriander powder
  • Add SNAP!N Kashmiri Chilli Paprika
  • Add SNAP!N Ginger Garlic Powder
  • Add salt to taste
  • Add mustard oil
  • Mix all of these ingredients well and then refrigerate it for 10 mins
  • Once done, add the pieces onto a skewers
  • And then on open flame, roast them for 2 minutes till the vegetables and the paneer char
  • Serve hot with yoghurt mint dip
